Western Arctic Moving Pictures' Five-year Strategic Plan

Published in September 2021, the strategic plan presents WAMP’s background, mandate, vision, values and goals for the next five years. The goals are explained in detail with suggested approaches and means by which to assess progress.

The development of this strategic plan was facilitated by PlanIt North. First, our Board of Directors and staff were consulted and a draft plan was created. Then, using our e-mail list and social media, we solicited input from our members and other relevant stakeholders on what the final strategic plan should look like. With input from all of these sources, the strategic plan will be used to guide WAMP through its next phase of growth, from 2021 to 2026.
